(Downtown location) Incredible experience! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I got lost on my way up to the office but the receptionist (Olivia) called me and helped me to get to the office. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. The dentist assistant (Lila) answered all of my questions and knew very well what she was doing. Highly recommended!

I am one who does not enjoy visits to the dentist. That being said, Dr. Costello and his staff continuously make me feel comfortable and keep me pain-free during my visits. They are accommodating to my schedule and figure out a way to get me in quickly. Dr. Costello is kind and does beautiful work. When I’ve taken a little too much time between visits, they never make me feel bad about it. Seriously the best experience in dentistry I’ve had in my 30 years in Milwaukee.
